All ERA members receive monthly issues of the Bulletin. Each issue contains up-to-date news about New York-area transit, with additional reporting devoted to national and international systems.

Complete PDFs of almost every Bulletin since 1958 through last year are available for viewing online or download, including our special 2004 NYC Subway Anniversary edition. There are covers from the current year, which we add to each month, and complete PDFs of these issues become available at the end of December.

  • The Electric Railroaders Association is a non-profit educational organization consisting of people from all walks of life interested in the history and progress of electric railways.
  • The ERA was founded August 15, 1934 by Edwin Jay (E.J.) Quinby, 1894-1981.
